  • Necessity for processing personal data belonging to parties of a contract,
  • Obligation to fulfill legal obligations,

Our institution has a high level of awareness regarding the protection and confidentiality of personal data. In case of any attack on Mild Cloth's physical archives, servers, or other systems resulting in harm to or disclosure of your personal data by third parties, our team will immediately inform you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrect,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request notification of the correction, deletion, and destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to being exclusively analyzed by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing.
